Stephanie Davis has announced that she and her partner Joe McKalroy are expecting their first child together, a boy due next year.
The former Hollyoaks and Corrie star, 31, who already shares seven-year-old son Caben with her ex and former CBB star Jeremy McConnell, revealed her fertility journey had been a “rollercoaster” after suffering a devastating miscarriage in 2021.
Stephanie explained that the couple had been trying to conceive for two years and were even exploring IVF, before falling pregnant naturally.
Narration OK!“I took a pregnancy test at my mother-in-law’s house. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve taken a million tests over the last two years and recorded them on video. The one time I didn’t, it came back positive!”
She went on to recall how she and Joe, who she met at a group therapy session in 2021, were left “sobbing” after a scan revealed they were expecting a baby boy.

“Joe never cries, so when he started crying I got nervous. We were crying all over each other. Then the nurse in the room started crying too.”
Stephanie said Caben is also ready for the role of big brother and to tell her the news during their summer vacation in Mallorca.
