Steph surpasses two NBA legends on two all-time leaderboards originally appeared on NBC Sports Bay Area
Steph Curry surpassed a pair of legends on two different NBA all-time lists during the Defeat of the Warriors 104-101 to the Toronto Raptors on Monday night.
Curry surpassed Allen Iverson in the The NBA’s all-time scoring listsinking a 3-pointer with 4:22 left in the fourth quarter for his 24,371st point of his professional career.

Curry and Iverson’s mutual admiration for each other is well documented, with the latter once telling the Warriors superstar that is “in your top five.”

Curry’s score wasn’t the only historic highlight of Monday’s game, as the superstar point guard eclipsed Kobe Bryant, legend of the Los Angeles Lakers in it The all-time NBA assists listhanding out the 6,308th dime of his illustrious career.

Curry finished Monday’s loss with 26 points, seven rebounds and seven assists, but it wasn’t enough to propel Golden State to victory, as Golden State lost its second straight game.
Despite the loss, Curry will always be able to appreciate the historic achievements he made Monday in Toronto.
