A spectacular log mansion with a rustic American-style barn located in the picturesque Yarra Valley could be about to break a suburb record.

Yarra Manna has a unique design inspired by the towering Manna gum trees that line the leafy property in the Victorian country town of Launching Place, 54km east of Melbourne city centre.

It’s also well above the city’s median asking price of just $670,000, but Belharrie has called Yarra Manna “the best property in the Yarra Valley”.
