Stella received dozens of threatening messages from a man named Ruben Velazquez via Instagram, TMZ reported.
The Belgian-born star said the messages included, “I’m thinking of burning your house,” “I’ll leave you in a wheelchair,” and “I’m going to be a serial killer.”
A hair-raising message even contained a photo apparently taken by Ruben just a few meters from her front door, she claimed.
He has been separately charged with criminal threats and intimidation in a case that has not yet been brought to court.
