The $12.5 million home was purchased by a trust connected to Tristan, 32, Sun reported in January.
Although the deed is said to have been signed on December 16, months after Tristan dumped his $7.8 million Encino condo, it’s unknown if he’s moved in yet.
The home is reportedly 10,584 square feet, with six bedrooms, a wine cellar, a home theater, and a five-car garage.

Just hours after Andrea’s death, Tristan and Khloe were seen boarding a private plane together to head to Canada.
Earlier this month, Khloe posted a birthday tribute to Tristan in honor of his 32nd birthday.
The touching post also seemed to allude to Tristan’s various infidelities, as Khloe described hopes that he would continue to “long for change, healing and transformation” in the future.
She also referenced her mother Andrea, writing, “Continue to make your soul and mommy proud.”
Khloe posted it doting on her daughter True and her son with ex Jordan Craig, Prince.
