The 63-year-old artist looked in love with his 42-year-old wife at the event to celebrate the historical drama film starring Cillian Murphy.
Tucci opted to wear a sleek black jacket and a pair of matching pants over a white button-down shirt.
He stayed warm in a black speckled coat and added a green tie to match his green hat for a pop of color.
Meanwhile, Blunt looked chic in bright pink pants and a gray knit top.

The literary agent completed the look with a long gray jacket, a gray scarf, and silver sneakers.
The couple looked in high spirits as they posed for photos on the red carpet before entering the star-studded event.
Small Things like These is a new historical drama film directed by Tim Mielants and adapted by Enda Walsh from the 2021 novel by Claire Keegan.
The film stars Cillian (who also serves as producer), Eileen Walsh, Michelle Fairley, Emily Watson, Clare Dunne and Helen Behan. An international co-production between Ireland and Belgium, its plot focuses on Ireland’s infamous Magdalene laundries.
Small Things like These had its world premiere at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival in February and is scheduled for release on November 1.
The film’s synopsis reads: “Before Christmas 1985, coal merchant Bill Furlong makes a discovery at a local convent that causes him to confront secrets in the Irish town of New Ross.”
Tucci and Blunt were initially introduced by Blunt’s younger sister, Emily, during her wedding to John Krasinski, which took place in 2010.
The actor was previously married to Kathryn Spath, whom he married in 1995.
The couple appeared in high spirits as they posed for photos on the red carpet.

The couple had a pair of daughters named Camilla and Isabel and a son named Nicolo, and the actor was also a stepfather to his wife’s two children from a past relationship.
The couple remained together for nearly two decades before Spath tragically passed away in 2009.
Tucci eventually moved on with Blunt and they married in 2012 after getting engaged the previous year.
The happy couple started a family with the birth of their nine-year-old son Matteo in 2015.
Speaking to the publication about Mateo, Tucci joked: “I think he’s mine.” “We are all delighted to welcome him to this cold and cruel world.”
He later added: “We are all delighted that he is here and healthy.”
Three years later, the two brought a six-year-old daughter named Emilia into their lives.
Tucci once revealed his doubts about dating a much younger woman and almost ruined his chances of being happy with his future wife Felicity.
She said she considered breaking up with Blunt because he is 21 years older than her.
“I was scared to get into a relationship and I kept trying to break it off because I’m a lot older than her and I didn’t want to feel old for the rest of my life. But I knew she was an incredibly special person,” he told Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs. last year.
The happy couple has been married for a decade and have two children together.
