A Stanford University professor claims aliens have been on planet Earth and are “still here” as he says experts are working on reverse-engineering crashed UFOs.

Dr. Garry Nolan spoke at a conference in Manhattan last week titled “The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence, and Crash UFOs.”

Nolan, an immunologist and Nobel Prize nominee, has previously been commissioned by the CIA to investigate cases of the mysterious Havana Syndrome inflicting embassy officials around the world, and conducted experiments analyzing material allegedly dropped during UFO flybys.

Host Alex Klokus asked him to assign a level of probability to the idea that aliens have been on our planet.

Nolan told Klokus the possibility was “100%” and says we’ve probably seen them before, but as South American tribes spotting Spanish ships for the first time, we didn’t notice anything different at their subject.

Dr. Garry Nolan spoke at a conference in Manhattan last week titled “The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Crash UFOs” where he claimed aliens were on planet Earth and are “always there” .

“I think it’s an advanced form of intelligence that uses some sort of middleman,” he added.

“It’s not that they walk among us wearing a skin suit. You’re going to put something in there that I consider a test of intelligence.

He says we’ve probably witnessed extraterrestrial life on Earth, but we just don’t know how to deal with it.

‘They show up and say who among you is smart enough to realize what you’re looking at… ‘Can you see what’s in front of you for what it really is? Can you see the abnormal data point?’

Nolan says the government’s handling of UAPs — short for “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena,” the government’s term for UFOs — is what leads him to believe it’s the truth.

The Department of Defense has established the All Areas Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) to investigate UFO sightings.

There were also public hearings on extraterrestrial life, which Nolan testified about.

He also cited “my personal experiences with someone involved in collecting the original information and my experiences with people who have worked or are working on downed-engine reverse-engineered programs.”

Nolan then confirmed his knowledge of researchers working on reverse engineering a downed spacecraft.

“A small piece of this knowledge could revolutionize what we do,” Nolan said. “I’m always looking for opportunities. I look at the positive side of that.

However, he wants people to understand that extraterrestrial life is unlikely to harm us.

“I’m not worried about them coming to attack us or taking our wives and children. It’s not my concern. My concern is how to use it.

Nolan claimed to be in contact with several former staff members of extraordinary UFO “reverse-engineering” programs.

“I have good reason to trust a number of people who were actually part of reverse engineering, or very close to reverse engineering programs, or who have testified to the fact, recently,” he said. he stated in a podcast interview earlier this year.

In May, the House Intelligence Committee held its first public hearing on UFOs in 54 years where panel members interviewed Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence Scott Bray (left) and the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and security Ronald Moultrie (right)

“When you testify, you are under oath. So these people are putting their careers at risk for breaking an oath. [of secrecy] and take another.

However, AARO Director Sean Kirkpatrick told a Senate hearing April 19 that there was no definitive evidence of extraterrestrial life.

Kirkpatrick, an intelligence officer and veteran physicist, told senators that his office would “follow the scientific evidence wherever it leads,” but said “the AARO has so far found no credible evidence of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known”. laws of physics.’

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2023, signed into law by President Joe Biden in December, included an amendment requiring the Pentagon to provide senior senators with classified reports on any previously undisclosed programs “related to unidentified anomalous phenomena, including material recovery, material analysis, reverse engineering”.
