Stacey Solomon reveals she and fiancé Joe Swash want to get married in £ 1.2million garden dream home
She’s been planning her dream wedding since her fiancé Joe Swash asked the question on Christmas Eve.
And Stacey Solomon revealed that her plans are ‘on hold’ as the couple wants to see if they can tie the knot in the yard of their new home, Pickle Cottage.
The presenter, 31, appeared in Lorraine on Monday and spoke with substitute Cat Deeley, where she said both herself and Joe, 39, were looking into whether it was possible and if they could get a marriage certificate.

Stacey and Joe moved into the mansion last month, along with their son Rex, 22 months, and her sons Leighton, eight, Zachary, eleven.
Speaking of her plans being put on hold, the former X Factor star said: ‘We had the location and we didn’t know we were going to move here. We saw the house and thought, “Let’s go for it”. ‘
Stacey added, ‘Now that we’re here, we would really like to get married in the garden. We are trying to see if we can do that. We don’t know if we can get a permit and all that. Wedding planning has come to a halt at the moment.

“It’s all coming at once, so many of these things have been planned for years … I feel so happy, privileged and grateful and I think you should take every opportunity when it comes.”
The beautiful property could be the perfect wedding venue as the garden has an expansive 2.5 acre of land and comes complete with a swimming pool, Wendy house, huge willow tree and an abundance of flower beds.
During the interview, Stacey also mentioned that Joe ignored her when ITV’s The Masked Singer aired because he thought she was the character Sausage, who later turned out to be Joss Stone.

The Loose Women star, who was in Lorraine to talk about her BBC decoding program Sort Your Life Out, said: ‘He didn’t talk to me for three Saturdays because he honestly thought I was the worst in The Masked Singer and he thought I hadn’t told him. ‘
Last month, Stacey revealed that she will not take her fiancé Joe’s last name when married, as she wants to have the same last name as her children.
Stacey, who was due to marry Joe in a ‘small’ ceremony in July, admitted she could be persuaded to have a double last name.
The Loose Women star also admitted she’s trying to ‘stay positive’ while planning amid the current Covid restrictions surrounding wedding ceremonies.
Speaking to Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2 about her upcoming wedding, the TV personality said: ‘It’s a really funny one, Joe would love it if I got his middle name.
“There’s nothing wrong with his middle name, but because of kids, I want to have the same last name as the kids,” she added. “Maybe I’ll give it a duplicate name?”
Watch Lorraine on ITV weekdays from 9am.
