And the Spice Girls celebrated the milestone anniversary by releasing an alternative music video for the popular song.
The video follows the release of Spiceworld25 in November 2022, celebrating 25 years of their studio album, originally released on November 1, 1997.
The band stood in the middle of a street in a line with children playing around them, as they sang the song.
They then performed a complicated series of choreographed dance moves all at the same time.

The five members – Mel C, Victoria Beckham, Geri Horner, Mel B and Emma Bunton – sported classic ’90s hair and makeup.
The original music video was filmed on location in Carnew Street in Dublin and featured scenes of each member of the group knocking on different doors.
On the concept of the video, Mel B said, “There was no storyboard for this video, it was more trial and error.”

“And we all want to contribute our grain of sand, so the director has to be able to cover all of us, as well as put his ideas on top and make everything flow.”
The second half of the video featured the group interacting with girls in various activities, including running through the streets dancing, jumping rope, playing hopscotch, cat’s cradle and pat-a-cake, and hula hooping.
It comes after Mel C stopped suggestions that the band would play Glastonbury this year.
He said he would love for the group to play at the festival, but insisted that it is not part of the group’s current plans.
When asked if the festival’s co-organizer Emily Eavis had called the band to perform, she told the guardian G2 newspaper supplement: ‘It’s the question I hate the most, because the answer is as disappointing to me as it is to Spice Girls fans.
‘We would love to do Glasto. It just doesn’t fit with the current plan with the girls. We want to go back on stage, everything is up in the air.

“We were all at Geri’s 50th party a couple of months ago and Victoria was the first on the dance floor requesting Spice Girls songs.”
Victoria explained that she didn’t go on the reunion tour because things “feel different now” and she’s too busy with her eponymous fashion and beauty lines.
She said Vogue Germany: ‘It took me a lot of courage not to go on tour with the Spice Girls again, but to be the one to say, “You know, I won’t do it because things feel different now than before.”
