Spencer Matthews has announced that he will be leaving the popular podcast he hosts with his wife Vogue Williams, Spencer & Vogue.

The married couple launched their podcast over four years ago and had great success with the show and even took it on the road for a live tour.

However, on Tuesday, the businessman, 36, revealed that he planned to leave the show to focus on other projects and an upcoming “adventure.”

Speaking on the latest episode of the podcast, Spencer announced that she has made the decision to step down as co-host.

He said: “I will be leaving this podcast to pursue other business interests and focus on my next challenge.” I loved doing this show and it would never have been as popular as it would be without the listeners.

“I will miss the show and Vogue enormously, I will miss working with you in this capacity but I will be replaced by someone of equal or greater charisma, much funnier, very happy to gossip, but we both love her very much.” Very much and she is an epic member of our family and will do an amazing job!’

Vogue said: “Obviously I’ll be sad to see you go, but I see you every day, so I’ll be sad to see you go, but I won’t miss you, because I’ll see you at home.” ! Spencer & Vogue will continue and we’ll keep it in the family!’

Vogue confirmed that her sister Amber Wilson will take over as co-host and that the show will be renamed Vogue & Amber.

Amber previously joined Vogue on podcasts as a guest, but will be taking the reins as a full-time co-host, where Vogue and Amber will talk about all things showbiz, family, and everything in between.

Amber said: ‘Vogue finally twisted my arm – here I am sitting in a podcast seat with her! I’m excited to join the podcast with my best friend and sister, Vogue.

‘A lot of shoes to fill, but don’t worry, Vogue and I are coming with all the fun, energy and juicy gossip you can handle.

‘And you all will finally get the chance to meet me – the funniest sister! We’ll give listeners a peek behind the curtain of our family life, brotherly antics and, Spencer, rest easy, I know exactly how to push Vogue’s buttons!’

Launched in August 2020, Spencer & Vogue gave listeners a weekly window into the lives of its hosts and their three children, Theodore, five, Gigi, three, and Otto, two.

They would talk about the chaos of raising three children, the secrets of a successful marriage, the balance between a busy and enjoyable work life, and everything in between.

While Spencer revealed that she will be leaving to pursue other ventures, the couple also recently discussed their personal lives when discussing whether they plan to expand their family.

In September, Vogue admitted that she “has a stopwatch” when it comes to deciding her fourth baby with husband Spencer.

Vogue said Spencer would have another “immediately,” but Vogue spoke candidly about the struggles she faces having to carry a baby for nine months and feeling tired as she approaches 40.

Speaking in an interview with the sunVogue admitted: “I had a stopwatch thinking, ‘I’ll decide at the end of this summer,’ and now it’s the end of summer and I still don’t know.

‘If I said, “Let’s do it,” Spencer would do it straight away, but I think about the logistics, whereas he doesn’t. And he doesn’t have to have a baby for nine months, so it’s a little bit more of a decision for me.”

The model joked: ‘I’ll probably still be thinking about it when I’m 50! I don’t want to have a child when I’m 40, because I feel like I’m going to start getting tired. That’s when I want to go into my grandma era and relax!’

Vogue & Amber will be available to listen to starting January 14 on Global Player and all major podcast platforms.
