A wild fight broke out just meters from a police station with two groups punching and swearing before the police intervened.
Queensland Police were called to the Southport shopping strip on the Gold Coast just before 3pm on Tuesday to report that people were fighting on the corner of Scarborough and Nerang St, just yards from the police station. of Southport and the courthouse.
The footage showed a man in a blue shirt rolling up his clenched fist and punching a shirtless man to the ground before falling on top of him.
The man in the blue shirt and his friends could then be heard yelling at the shirtless man and his partner.
