Sophie Delezio is pregnant with her first child and celebrated with a gender reveal party this week.

The miraculous double car crash survivor shared a glimpse of the festivities, right up to the moment she popped blue confetti that revealed she was having a boy.

“It’s a BOY!! We can’t wait to welcome you into the world little one! Your mommy and daddy are so excited to meet you,” the 23-year-old wrote in her Instagram caption.

The party, attended by friends and family, was decorated in pastel shades, including balloons and baby blocks.

The mom-to-be posed alongside her partner Joseph, showing off her blossoming baby bump in a white hobo-style dress.

She then changed into a form-fitting blue dress to mark the baby’s gender, cradling her bump as she posed next to baby blocks.

Guests were also offered pastel cupcakes and photos of the couple and their ultrasound were hung as decorations.

‘We’re celebrating the upcoming arrival of our little one with the sweetest baby shower and a special surprise for all of our guests!’ Sophie wrote on Instagram.

It wasn’t long before the post was flooded with well wishes.

“Congratulations,” wrote Cody Simpson’s mother, Angie.

“Congratulations,” added former Hi-5 star turned Getaway reporter Charli Robinson.

“The most surprising news,” added another.

Australia rallied around Sophie when a car crashed through the window of her nursery in 2003 when she was two, trapping her underneath and suffering severe burns.

Burns covered 85 percent of her body after the tragedy, which also ripped off both feet, several toes and her right ear.

Three years later, tragedy struck again when the five-year-old was hit by a car near her home on Sydney’s northern beaches while out with her babysitter.

The impact threw her 18 metres out of her wheelchair, leaving her with a broken jaw, broken collarbone, nine broken ribs, punctured lungs, two fractured vertebrae and a brain injury.

Sophie suffered a heart attack during the ordeal and doctors at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick asked her family, twice, if they wanted to turn off her life support.

He made another remarkable recovery and just a month later he left the hospital and returned to school.

In 2023, she got engaged to her childhood friend, Joseph.
