Sophie Delezio welcomed her first child with her fiancé Joseph Salerno earlier this year.
And the brave burns survivor revealed details of baby Frankie’s complicated birth to her fans on Sunday.
In an Instagram Q&A, the 23-year-old shared that her birth “definitely didn’t go as planned.”
Frankie was born via an “unplanned C-section, but fortunately it was not an emergency,” Sophie wrote.
“The only thing that mattered that day was that Frankie got out as safely as possible,” the new mother added.
Delezio then gave a look at his new routine with Frankie.

When asked what she does most days, Sophie shared an image of herself walking Frankie in a stroller on a sunny day.
“We try to go for a walk every day if the weather permits,” he captioned the image.
“Other than that, we just tried to get to the end of the day without too many tears.”
In September, the double car accident victim posted to Instagram Stories to share sweet black and white images of her cuddling her bundle of joy.
‘Thank you all for the kind words and well wishes!’ she captioned an adorable photo.
“We are enjoying every moment without our little one and feeling like we are on cloud nine,” she continued.
She also posted a look at the boy’s well-decorated nursery, which includes a wooden crib and a monogrammed blanket.
‘I can’t believe I’m finally here and this room is being used now!’ Sofia wrote.
Delezio then gave a look at his new routine with Frankie.
‘It has been a wonderful journey seeing everything during my pregnancy. I love it a lot.’
Sophie previously announced the joyful news of the new arrival when they shared a sweet photo of their newborn son and revealed his adorable name.
They previously confirmed that they were welcoming a baby and on Friday she gave birth to her baby.
‘Welcome to the world, Frankie. Our hearts are so full,’ Sophie wrote alongside a photo of her hand holding her baby, adding a blue love heart to confirm it was a boy.
They were quickly inundated with congratulatory messages from their friends and loved ones as they celebrated their exciting news.
‘My God!!! ‘Frankie!!!’ gushed very pregnant reality star Alisha Aitken-Radburn.
Meanwhile, celebrity disability advocate Carly Findlay wrote: ‘Congratulations’ and Bree Lenehan added: ‘Awh!! Congratulations, you did it mom! Enjoy the newborn bubble.’
Just weeks before welcoming her first child, Sophie had confirmed she was having a baby while hosting a gender reveal party.

She shared a video of the moment she popped confetti to reveal she was having a baby, with Sophie looking excited at the news.
‘It’s a… BOY!! We can’t wait to welcome you to the world, little one! Your mom and dad are so excited to meet you,” she gushed in a caption at the time.
‘@thetroseph and I are beyond grateful for the love, laughter, and incredible memories made with friends and family near and far. “Our little bubba is already very loved.”
Sophie shared the wonderful news of her pregnancy on social media in April along with a gallery of celebratory images.
In the first image, Sophie and her partner Joseph are seen posing proudly on Manly Beach in Sydney.
The couple look elated as they both cradle Sophie’s growing baby bump.
‘The greatest gift of all is coming in September!’ he wrote alongside a baby face and a heart emoji.
Sophie has been in a long-term relationship with her partner and childhood friend Joseph and the couple got engaged in April last year.

He popped the question on Valentine’s Day in a surprise proposal, after making her a scrapbook with a photo of a ring on the last page.
“I had no idea,” Sophie told The Australian Women’s Weekly at the time.
“Our favorite song is ‘Be My Baby,’ so I asked her if Sophie would be my baby and luckily she checked the box at the back of the scrapbook that said yes,” Joseph added.
The couple first met at a swimming class when she was six years old before they finally became close in high school when she was 14.
The two then reconnected after Sophie returned to Sydney in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, and became a couple in 2021.
Australia supported Sophie when a car crashed through her nursery window in 2003, when she was two, trapping her underneath.
Burns covered 85 percent of his body after the tragedy, which also tore off both feet, several fingers and his right ear.
Three years later, tragedy struck again when the five-year-old was hit by a car near her home on Sydney’s northern beaches while she was with her nanny.
The impact threw her 18 meters from her wheelchair, leaving her with a broken jaw, broken collarbone, nine broken ribs, punctured lungs, two fractured vertebrae and a brain injury.
Sophie suffered a heart attack during the ordeal and doctors at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick asked her family twice if they wanted to take her off life support.
He made another remarkable recovery and just a month later he left the hospital and returned to school.
