After recently sharing the news that she was expecting her third child, Sophie Cachia has given some insight into her busy family routine.
The 33-year-old influencer took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to reveal the full routine of taking her children Bobby, nine, and Florence, seven, to various activities.
Sophie shared an image showing her posing in front of a mirror wearing a blue tracksuit and matching blue and white trainers, and captioned the photo with a recap of her entire week.
‘Monday: Floss Dancing until 7pm, Tuesday at Dads, Wednesday: Coach Flossy’s netball training/taking Bobby to football,’ the post began.
She continued: ‘Thursday: Floss Drama until 7pm Friday: Bobby Football Training. Saturday: Floss Coach at 8am and 12pm Netball. Sunday: Bobby Football anytime from 8am to 12pm’
The busy mum then ended the post with: “…but hey Sophie, why don’t we just have another one?”
The post was picked up by Instagram account influencer.updates.au, and Amber Paul, who runs the account, admitted she was “shocked” that Sophie shared the information.
“I was surprised that Sophie shared her kids’ weekly schedule on her public stories,” she wrote.

Sophie has now hinted that she will be raising her third child as a single mother after responding to a fan’s congratulatory comment on YouTube.

One fan wrote: “Love this for you and your family! You’ll be fine on your own, you’re already an amazing mom! Congrats,” to which Sophie replied: “Thank you so much!!”
Her pregnancy announcement has also sparked speculation about the identity of the father, with some suggesting it could be a friend of hers.

“Maybe people were wondering who the father was, if it was a friend who had donated the sperm,” they argued. “I think people were wondering if it was Jaryd or someone they knew.”
“She has not confirmed any of this information and it’s really none of anyone’s business,” the sisters added.
