Sonia Kruger is known for her anti-aging look.
And the 57-year-old revealed the simple secrets behind her youthful looks.
“In the morning, I wash my face, then I apply an SPF serum for sun protection, so I keep it pretty simple in the morning,” she said. 7life Tuesday.
“At night I do the full cleanse with something gentle, followed by a hyaluronic acid serum and finish with a sleep mask or night cream to really replenish myself overnight,” Sonia added. .
The Dancing With The Stars host added that she uses Carmex lip balm and wears it every day.

“I feel like every woman has lip balm in her purse,” she said.
Sonia went on to explain that she removes makeup with micellar cleansing water and applies Bio-Oil Dry Skin Gel all over her body after showering.
She also tans with Three Warriors self-tanning mousse as well as a gradual tan product to perfect her glow.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia recently, Sonia highlighted the importance of quality sleep.
“I try to make sure I get plenty of quality sleep beforehand. I avoid alcohol and try to make sure I drink enough water,” she said.

“You tend to feel like you want to be healthier and fitter, so I also tend to increase the exercise a bit.”
Sonia advises staying hydrated, recommends setting a phone alarm to remind you to drink water regularly.
“Eight glasses a day minimum,” she prescribes.
Sonia credits her timeless looks to a balanced diet filled with superfoods and a commitment to staying away from refined and highly processed foods.
She also maintains an 80-20 rule – 80% discipline and 20% leniency.
Even with her busy schedule, she devotes time to her home workout program, Strictly You, which she finds very convenient.
“It’s one of those things where you can really cut, completely sick. And it doesn’t matter, no one will laugh at you dancing in your living room,” Sonia said.
