Heidi, 51, posted several snippets from the evening on her Instagram Stories, showing Sofia and the orthopedic surgeon sharing a close moment at a restaurant.
The German supermodel, who met Sofia in 2020 when they both became judges on America’s Got Talent, later appeared behind them to wish them a happy birthday.
