Sofia Vergara finally sold the Beverly Hills mansion on Tuesday after a big price drop from its original listing price.
The actress, 51, closed the sale at the final price of $13.7 million for her seven-bedroom home, which she purchased for $10.6 million in 2014 and previously shared with her now ex Joe Manganiello, of 47 years.
It was previously relisted in January for a massive $17.9 million downgrade in an effort to offload the property she previously shared and lived in with the actor for eight years before their split.
The first time she tried to sell was when she was still married to Manganiello in 2022 and when they put their marital home up for sale for $19.6 million and then at a reduced price of $18 million just a month after their separation was announced.
The former couple married in 2015 after dating for about a year, and Manganiello filed for divorce in July 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.
