Real Housewives of Sydney star Sally Obermeder breaks down as she commits epic fail on the way to Taylor Swift concert

Sally Obermeder had a bad experience trying to see Taylor Swift in concert this weekend.

The TV presenter headed to see the pop star’s fourth concert at Accor Stadium but mistakenly got off the train at Homebush.

She broke down into a combination of tears and laughter when she explained that she thought the show was in Homebush and not the Olympic Park.

Sally soon realized her mistake when no other Swifties could be seen getting off from the same stop.

‘This sums me up. I’m a bigger picture. “Sometimes I read the details,” she wrote in her caption alongside a video shared on Instagram.

‘And then I end up in these situations: I got off at Homebush. Because that’s what I thought when people said, ‘Taylor Swift is performing at Homebush.'”

Sally added that she is well known for these types of mistakes.

“I sent this to Antonia from our team because last week she also saw me trying to board a Virgin flight with a Jetstar ticket,” he said.

‘Didn’t you wonder where the other 80,000 people were?’ someone asked in his comments.

‘There were other Swifties at the station who also did the same. You are not alone!!’ said another.

It looks like Sally finally made it to the concert, as she later shared images from the stadium indicating that she had arrived.

More than 600,000 people have attended the Australian leg of Swift’s Eras tour, with a record 96,000 fans attending each of her three nights in Melbourne and another 83,000 Swifties at each of her four shows in Sydney.
