The former Big Brother star started with a heavy-looking barbell to perform the bent-over exercise – an exercise focused on the upper and lower back muscles.

Skye also did hip thrust, with the barbell balanced on her hips and using her glutes and thighs to lower and increase weight

The mother-of-one followed with lunges while holding large dumbbells to increase the difficulty and to help develop her muscular and muscular hind legs.

Skye ended her gym session by again using the hefty dumbbell weights to do the Romanian deadlift exercise – focused on her buttock muscles and hamstring muscles.
