Skye Wheatley has set off on her journey to Türkiye to undergo the controversial ‘fox eye lift’ cosmetic procedure.
The 30-year-old influencer took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to confirm her trip was underway as she shared a series of snaps from the airport.
In one image, she looked ready to travel, comfortable in grey sweatpants as she pushed her bright pink suitcase during the outing.
Skye, who lives on the Gold Coast, shared another photo from the departure lounge as she got excited about her big journey to get more cosmetic surgery.
Just a day before her trip, Skye took to Instagram to share a series of selfies as she recounted how she would soon be “kidnapped,” referring to the procedure.
In the first snap, Skye pouted hugely at the camera as she wrote: “OMG tomorrow Turkey” and tagged her plastic surgeon, Dr Vasfi Çelik.
Moments later, the Big Brother star posted another similar photo with the caption: ‘A snatched queen has left (sic).’
Skye revealed in July that she would be travelling to Turkey to undergo the controversial “fox eye lift”, which slightly raises and tilts the eyes to achieve a cat-eye effect.

The Fox Eye thread lift elevates the edges of the brows using a dissolvable PDO (polydioxanone) thread, with the aim of recreating the look of the surgical Fox Eye lift without the need for surgery.
Skye said of her plans: ‘I’m going to Turkey. I’m going to have an eyelid lift. It’s basically a half-face lift. The surgery itself is not very invasive.
“I want a minimal lift, I don’t want to look crazy, I don’t want my eyebrows to be higher than they are. I just want a little lift when my face is relaxed.”
“I know a few people who have done it and they look amazing,” she continued.
‘A lot of people who see this don’t know much about surgery and they’ll think I’m going to look older, that’s fine, but I’m still going to do it.’
Detailing her other cosmetic plans, Skye admitted she also wants to get liposuction on her inner thighs and arms, but is worried it won’t look natural.
Skye revealed in July that she will be travelling to Turkey to get the controversial ‘fox eye lift’, which slightly raises and tilts the eyes to achieve a cat-eye effect, while she also wants to have liposuction.
“I’m also thinking I’d love to get liposuction here again because my doctor didn’t take enough,” she continued.
“I’ve always been like this and I’ve had touch-ups. I’ve had a nose job. I love treatments and I love that they make you feel more confident. I really want to be open and honest about what I’m doing.”
“I don’t want people to think I’ve had Brazilian liposuction. I don’t know if I would have liposuction,” she added.
Skye has undergone a litany of cosmetic procedures over the years, including lip and cheek fillers, rhinoplasty, and an infamously botched breast augmentation operation.
She also revealed last June that she had invested in receiving injections to slim the trapezius muscle on her shoulders.
She also went under the knife again last year to fix the botched breast augmentation surgery she received in Thailand in 2015.
In April, Skye also underwent an anti-aging treatment to eliminate fine lines and wrinkles around her neck.
