Sky Laura Jayes, news presenter, and her husband, journalist Gavin Rubinstein list their Bondi Beach property for $3 million to the high-flying Lux Listings Sydney agent.
Sky News presenter Laura Jayes, and Alex Hart, a former Channel Seven journalist, are selling their Bondi Beach single-storey home.
The couple have listed the three-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage with celebrity real estate guru Gavin Rubinstein of Lux Listings Sydney for $2.8-$3million.
Jayes, 38 and Hart purchased the classic semi, which was built in 1910 in May 2021 for $3.05million.

Waverley council approved a reno in September. The couple now plan to sell the property, which is 280sqm.
Plans to add a second story and a swimming pool were approved for development approval. There was also plans to lift access through an internal passageway.
Jayes, 38 and Hart (pictured below) purchased the semi-truck, built in 1910 in May 2021, for $3.05million.
Other highlights of the Old World Charmer features include a large backyard, large living areas, and a sunroom overlooking the street.
The kitchen is Caesarstone and features a gas cooktop. Two large bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes.
After Jaynes and Hart had purchased their Bondi Beach home in 2017 for $ 2.59million, they sold it for $ 3.8milllion in March 2021.
