Joy Taylor, another host at the network, is also involved in the case, with the accuser claiming she passed on the story of Dixon’s advances to her, only to be met with the response: “Get over it.”

Bayless, who has been married to Ernestine Sclafani since 2016, left Fox in August 2024 after eight years with the network.

The lawsuit alleges that Bayless began making advances on Faraji after she began working on his popular Undisputed morning show, which he co-hosted with Shannon Sharpe.

In the suit, she claims he gave her “prolonged hugs and kisses on the cheek, while resting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”

In response, she claims she told him she wasn’t interested and “wasn’t dating at work,” and even told him she was suffering from ovarian cancer in an attempt to stop his advances.

According to the lawsuit, Bayless “became more aggressive over the years” and later accused Faraji of having sex with his co-host Sharpe.

He allegedly offered the hairdresser $1.5 million to have sex with him, claiming he could “change her life.”

The complaint reads: “About a week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance on Ms. Faraji. Mrs Faraji replied: “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr Bayless replied: “Are you not a Muslim? Doesn’t your father have three to four wives?”

‘Madam. Faraji replied that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked puzzled, she made an excuse to leave.”

Faraji claims she filed multiple complaints with Fox Sports’ Human Resources department, and was “forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent could physically and verbally abuse employees with impunity.”
