Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star Amber Tamblyn revealed that she had plastic surgery when she was just 12 years old at a New York Times opinion piece over the weekend.
Amber revealed she had ear pinning surgery after kids at her school in Los Angeles teased her because they “stuck out like big butterfly wings.”

“I often looked in the mirror wishing my ears were flat on my head,” Amber, now 41, wrote.
