Sister Wives star Madison Brush thanked her fans for sharing their condolences and experiences with suicide two weeks after her “step brother” Robert Garrison Brown died at the age of 25.
“It wasn’t intimidation. It wasn’t a lack of love in Garrison, it was a matter of mental health (struggles), the 28-year-old reality star explained in a Instagram video posted Monday.
“And I’m going to keep talking about mental health and self-care until I’m blue in the face, because I don’t think it’s talked about enough for people to understand it.”
Madison emphasized, “Time is so precious. And if you’re unhappy with how you’re spending your time and don’t feel fulfilled in life, I encourage you to re-evaluate.
Brush (née Brown) has repeatedly stated that “social media isn’t real” and that she is “done with filters” and is ready to live “more authentically” because platforms like Instagram have caused wrong to his brother.

Madison encouraged her 642,000 “grown” Instagram followers to reach out to friends and family and create a real community so “we can show up for each other and love each other.”
Brush and Brown are two of six children from the 29-year “spiritual union” between polygamist Kody Brown and his ex-“wife” No. 2 Janelle Schriever, which ended in 2022.

TLC has yet to renew Sister Wives for a 19th season.
