Heather Mills showed off her incredible strength as she practiced yoga on a stand-up paddleboard during a luxury holiday over the weekend.
The former model, 56, took to Instagram to share a short video of herself balancing on her head while in the sea.
Heather, who lost her left leg below the knee in a motorcycle accident when she was 25, looked incredible in a long-sleeved black swimsuit.
The ex-wife of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, who was so furious with the £24million settlement she received from the former Beatle that she doused her divorce lawyer with a jug of water, told fans “there’s always a way to succeed” as she carefully lifted her legs above her head.
She wrote: ‘Let this serve as a reminder that you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to.

‘No matter how big, small or unattainable it may seem, I promise there is always a way to accomplish what you want to do (listen to the woman doing a one-legged handstand on a paddleboard)!’
Earlier this year, Heather made a rare public appearance with her partner Mick Dickman when they attended The The prince’s trust Awards at the Theatre Royal in London.
Mike and Heather are said to have exchanged engagement rings just before Christmas after 18 months of dating, but they are reportedly not married or officially engaged.
Her symbol of commitment came 13 years after her highly publicised divorce battle with Sir Paul, 81.
Heather’s boyfriend Mike saw the exchange of engagement rings as a “casual engagement” and the couple are in no rush to tie the knot, it was claimed.
A source said The sun: ‘Heather and Mike are incredibly happy. It’s great to see a smile on their faces again after a turbulent few years.
‘They are completely in love. Heather has told her friends that he is the love of her life, while Mike, for his part, adores her and is completely devoted to him.
‘Heather is incredibly young at heart and gets along with all of her friends; the 17-year age difference really isn’t an issue.’

Heather and Mike’s relationship first became public in June 2019.
The couple’s love story began when the former model sent him flirty messages during a train ride between Kent and London.
The Mail On Sunday reported at the time that Heather had passed the film producer her business card and also a note reading: “I think you look hot. Email me.”
A source said: ‘Mike was sitting alone after having a long, boozy lunch and Heather was sitting next to him playing a game of cards with their daughter Beatrice.
‘Heather kept staring at him and just before the trip ended at London Bridge, she passed him a series of notes when her daughter wasn’t looking. One said: ‘I think you look great. Email me.’

Following their split, Heather sought a £125 million settlement.
But a High Court judge awarded her just a fifth of that sum – £24.3m – which she said she was “very, very pleased with”.
She was also awarded payments of £35,000 a year for a nanny and her daughter Beatrice’s school fees.
Judge Bennett described her as an “unimpressive witness” and as having exaggerated the extent of her wealth before she met the former Beatle.
