Sir Paul McCartney’s doppelganger son James, 46, makes a rare public appearance to support his sister Stella at her Paris Fashion Week show.

The McCartney family came together to support Stella at her presentation at Paris Fashion Week on Monday.

Stella’s younger brother, James McCartney, made a rare public appearance at the Parc André Citroën to view his brother’s new collection.

The 46-year-old musician looked dapper in a crisp white shirt and a black geometric-print jacket which he paired with fitted gray pants.

At his side was patriarch Paul McCartney, 81, who seemed in good spirits as he chatted with fellow FROW stars Paris Jackson and his Beatles bandmate Ringo Starr.

After the show, Stella McCartney, 52, walked the runway to rapturous applause, smiling at her family as she passed.

After largely avoiding the spotlight, even working as a waiter in Brighton, James followed in his father’s musical footsteps.

His first two and a half years were spent on the road with his parents while they were on tour with their group Wings.

He later played guitar on Sir Paul’s albums Flaming Pie and Driving Rain, as well as on The Light Comes From Within, a song he recorded with his mother before her death from breast cancer in 1998.

He released his debut single Available Light in 2010 before releasing his first album Me in 2013 and his second, The Blackberry Train, in 2016, both co-produced by his father.

He previously said he aimed to be “better than the Beatles.”

“When I got to a certain age, I realized I was a little better than other kids at school on guitar and I took pride and enjoyment in that,” he told the BBC in 2012.

‘Then I dreamed of being better than The Beatles. I’m not sure I can do that. If anything, I would love to be on par with The Beatles, but even that is quite difficult.”

He also revealed that he was considering forming a group with the Fab Four’s children, including Ringo Starr’s son Jason, 54, Lennon’s youngest son Sean, 46, and George Harrison’s only son Dhani. , 43.

In addition to James, Paul is also the father of three other daughters with his late wife Linda: Heather McCartney, Mary McCartney and Stella McCartney.

The rocker then welcomed his daughter Beatrice, now 19, with Heather Mills, to whom he was married from 2002 to 2008.

Paul has been happily married to Nancy since 2011.

Stars were in attendance at the Stella show, and Paris Jackson was one of the stylish attendees who wowed in a figure-hugging tiger-print dress.

The model and actress, 25, looked fantastic in a high-necked dress which she paired with strappy brown heels and a chic clutch.

Paul famously had a feud with the late Michael Jackson in 1985, which was not resolved until the King of Pop’s death in June 2009.

But that didn’t stop the Beatles frontman from sitting next to Michael’s daughter at the show.

Paris was caught between Paul and his Beatles bandmate Ringo, who was there with his wife Barbara Bach, 76.

Paul and Michael used to be friends and collaborated on a song called The Girl Is Mine, a song that Macca never liked and which appeared on the Thriller album.

It was their second collaboration, having recorded Say, Say, Say and The Man the previous fall, which appeared on McCartney’s October 1983 album, Pipes of Peace.

But they fell out when Michael asked Paul for advice on how to safeguard his fortune and Paul advised him to invest in music publishing.

Michael then bought the rights to Lennon and McCartney’s catalog from under McCartney’s nose for $47.5 million and they never spoke again.

Paul said at the time: “I think it’s doubtful to do something like that.” Be friends with someone and then buy the rug they are standing on.
