She kept herself comfortable in a pair of white sneakers and kept warm in the cold weather with a black puffer jacket with a beige lining.
Snezana showed off her fresh-faced beauty as she stepped out makeup-free for the daytime stroll and carried a hot drink in one hand.
The doting mother flashed a huge smile as she pushed Harper’s stroller while her other daughter, Charlie, five, walked alongside her.
They appeared to have done some shopping, as Snezana was carrying a paper bag in one hand that appeared to be from a toy store.
In addition to Charlie and Harper, Snezana also shares another daughter, Willow, seven, with husband Sam Wood, 35, whom she met on The Bachelor in 2015.
Snezana also has an older daughter, Eve, 19, from her relationship with her first husband.
