Simple exercise you can do to fix your posture if you work at a desk or drive all day

Dubbed the “Body Magician”, a “body magician” has revealed a simple exercise that people with desk jobs can do after sitting in front of a computer or driving all day.

Bruce Scott, from Sydney, said the wooden cane is an “essential” piece of equipment for office workers as it can be used to realign the shoulders, open the chest and counter poor posture.

“From there, you can do as many rounds as you want, but you also play with the prospect of putting your hands up front and trying to push the stick down toward the ground,” said Bruce.
