Simone Holtznagel treated herself to a pregnancy massage in Sydney on Tuesday after revealing she’s been battling sensory processing disorder (SPD).
Posting on Instagram, the model, 30, shared a photo of herself sitting on a massage table, adding the caption: ‘I’m back with @salia_physio today for a pregnancy massage. “I have been fighting a lot against the SPD in recent weeks, so this was very necessary today.”
In the image, the blonde bombshell is seen posing for a selfie wearing nothing but a towel and with her hair slicked back.
She appeared to wear minimal makeup, revealing her flawless complexion and pregnancy glow.
Simone previously revealed that she has been visiting the same physiotherapist to strengthen her pelvic floor before giving birth.

‘I feel much more confident after just two visits. I will see her postpartum and so will the baby.
Simone is expecting her first child, a girl, with her boyfriend, personal trainer Jono Castano, in March.

Looking as in love as ever, the pair were seen cuddling inside the dimly lit restaurant, with Simone showing off her huge baby bump in a tight red dress.
The blonde beauty accessorized her look with a bracelet and wore open-toe high-heeled sandals.
