Simone Holtznagel shared an adorable family photo on Monday as she posed with her five-month-old daughter Gia and her 99-year-old grandmother.
The 31-year-old model, who shares her baby with ex-boyfriend Jono Castano, took to Instagram to share a sweet multi-generational photo.
In it, she can be seen wearing a leather jacket while smiling happily at the camera and cradling baby Gia in her arms.
Meanwhile, her little bundle of joy appeared to be laughing with Simone’s grandmother, who was clearly smitten with her great-granddaughter.
“My 5 1/2 month old baby with my 1197 month old grandma. WHY AM I CRYING?” Simone wrote in the caption of the heartwarming photo.
This comes almost a week after Simone launched another vicious attack on her ex-boyfriend Jono, 33, following their bitter split.
The Australian model quietly split from the personal trainer about nine weeks after they welcomed their daughter Gia on Easter Sunday.
Jono finally confirmed the news of their split in July, and Simone has since said she is raising Gia alone and cryptically commented that she “couldn’t change” her partner.

Now, the Australia’s Next Top Model star has taken another thinly veiled dig at her ex-boyfriend by making a revealing move on social media last Monday.
In her latest swipe, she liked an Instagram post that joked about feeling giddy for the father of her child.
Alongside an image of Rowan Atkinson’s iconic character Mr Bean vomiting in disgust, a caption read: “Knowing you were once attracted to the father of your child.”
A humorous caption written by content creator JayDee Milo added: “Who’s in the mood for (vomit emoji)?”

A close friend of the couple later revealed that Simone and Jono’s relationship had been destined to end for quite some time.
A source told The Daily Telegraph that several friends and family members warned Simone that her modelling lifestyle was not compatible with Jono’s fitness influencer career.
