Simone Biles added another Olympic gold medal to her collection after winning the all-around competition at the Paris Games on Thursday.

Her American teammate Suni Lee also claimed a bronze medal after a sensational effort on the floor, while Brazil’s Rebecca Andrade took silver.

Biles, who became the most decorated American gymnast of all time by capturing gold in Tuesday’s team final, overcame a rare mistake on the uneven bars to claim the ninth medal of her Olympic career.

The 27-year-old bounced back with standout performances on beam and floor to beat Andrade and enhance her legacy as the greatest American tennis player of all time.

Her latest feat came alongside proud husband Jonathan Owens, who was granted time off from his NFL training camp with the Chicago Bears to travel to Paris this summer, watching from the stands.

In the second rotation of the event, Biles was left furious after botching a transition on the uneven bars, forcing her to relinquish the lead to Andrade.

More to follow.
