The 55-year-old Australian actor arrived at Mullumbimby Local Court looking dapper in a smart sage-coloured suit which he teamed with a smart white shirt and a dark green tie.
The Mentalist star completed his formal look with a pair of brown boots as he was approached by the media upon his arrival at the court.
Baker, world-renowned for his role in The Devil Wears Prada, shielded his eyes with a pair of sunglasses as he entered the courtroom.
Baker, fresh off awards season success with Boy Swallows Universe, recently pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
Earlier this month, he was excused from appearing in person at Mullumbimby Local Court, with his lawyer appearing on his behalf to enter his plea.
Court documents showed a guilty plea was entered for first-time driving under the influence of alcohol.
Meanwhile, prosecutors dropped a lesser charge of attempted driving under the influence of alcohol.
