Simon Baker, star of the hit TV series The Mentalist, has been charged with two drink-driving offences.
The 55-year-old is due to appear in Mullumbimby Local Court in northern New South Wales on September 4.
Charges include attempting to drive under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was granted bail without conditions.
Baker was nominated for a TV Week Logie Award on Sunday for his lead role in the Netflix series Boy Swallows Universe.
He split from his wife Rebecca Rigg in 2022 after 20 years of marriage, but they still own a property together in Nashua, near Byron Bay.
