Ricky Schroder made it difficult for a Costco supervisor this week when he tried to enter a Costco location in California without wearing a mask.

The 51-year-old former child star filmed the confrontation as he scolded the supervisor for not being allowed to enter in the wake of CDC guidelines that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks, except where required by local law.

Schroder concluded his stunt, which he posted on Saturday, by getting his Costco membership back and urging his followers to do the same.

Schroder, who was arrested twice in less than a month in 2019 for domestic violence, opened the video by asking about the name and position of the supervisor within the store.

“And why don’t you let me in?” he continued.

“Because there has been no change in the state of California and in the county of Los Angeles and Coscto -” he begins, before Schroder interrupts to falsely claim that a change has taken place.

Schroder cites reports that Costco will no longer require shoppers to wear masks and will operate under an honorary system as to who has been vaccinated, but that will only be the case when state and local regulations allow shoppers to be unmasked.

The supervisor replies, “Costco always goes above and beyond what it does in complying with the law, and the California mandate hasn’t changed.”

He also adds that there is a possibility that the mask mandate could be changed or removed by June.

“Oh, if they allow us?” Schroder says indignantly. ‘If they allow us to, our kings? The people in power? Are you going to listen to these people? They destroyed our economy. ‘

Keeping a cool head and staying professional amid the rant, the supervisor explains again that Costco only follows the law in California and Los Angeles.

Schroder then turns the camera on himself, urging his followers to end their membership and get their money back from California Costcos.

The supervisor then adds that the mask mandate still applies to all shopping stories in California and that he is personally unaware of any locations that violate the law and leave everyone in the state shopping unmasked.

The store manager then brings out a receipt for his refund, and Schroder repeats his call to his fans to end their membership before they leave.

Boycott Costco until they act like a Free American Company … not [Chinese flag emoji], ” Schroder wrote in his caption.

It is unclear whether Schroder was vaccinated against the new coronavirus, or if he tried to enter without a mask while he was not vaccinated.

Later on Saturday, he posted a warning sent to him by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) about an incident where he allegedly went without a mask on a JetBlue flight.

He got out with a warning, but the letter added that a second offense could result in a fine of up to $ 13,910 and disqualify him from participating in the TSA PreCheck program.

The actor appeared to be in danger of ‘armed conflict’ if mask mandates were enforced in his caption.

“If we allow them to achieve their goals of discriminating against Americans using medical tyranny, which limits movement and trade for some, there is no hope but armed conflict to resolve this,” he wrote. That is why their plans must be completely destroyed. Not partial …. no half measures. There is no place to fall back on. Get up and fight. Win or lose. ‘
