Triple H has finally addressed Brock Lesnar’s status in WWE.

The WWE boss spoke after his first WrestleMania at the head of the company, moments after The Rock and Roman Reigns defeated Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in the main event of the first night.

Lesnar had been one of the biggest starts in the promotion for several years, but that was forgotten when he was linked to former WWE boss Vince McMahon’s sex trafficking lawsuit.

He hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since, with plans for him to face Dominik Mysterio and then Gunther scrapped in the lead-up to WrestleMania.

Triple H, however, was asked about Lesnar’s status in WWE at the post-‘Mania press conference, and refused to rule out a return for ‘The Beast’.

“At one point there was a conversation with Brock about the Royal Rumble,” he said. ‘Quite a while.

‘Right now Brock is at home being Brock. We’ll see where that takes us from here. His status is the same as before. Brock has not left WWE. He’s just at home being Brock.

Issues with Lesnar arose after former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against McMahon, WWE and another executive.

She said she suffered bruising and bleeding after McMahon forcibly penetrated her with sex toys, which he had allegedly named after his wrestlers. McMahon has denied all allegations.

Although Lesnar was not named in the lawsuit, Grant claimed that in July 2021 the WWE founder told him to create sexual content for a fighter who had previously fought in the UFC and whom the company was trying to resign.

According to the lawsuit, McMahon is said to have arranged a meeting between Grant and the wrestler, but a sexual encounter between the pair ultimately did not occur as the wrestler was escorted back to his plane intoxicated.

McMahon is also said to have given Grant’s phone number to the wrestler, who then asked her to send them a video of her urinating. The lawsuit claims that after she did it, he called her a ‘bitch.’

In its report on the allegations, the Wall Street Journal identified Lesnar as the wrestler in question.

It seemed like he would never be seen again, and the company apparently went to great lengths to erase him from history and not use him in the future.

Triple H, however, has given the clearest indication yet that Lesnar is not done with the promotion, and fans were left curious about his future after he was delisted from the company’s roster and then reinstated.

While McMahon had released a video earlier this year stating that he would “strongly deny” the allegations when he resigned via technical knockout, Lesnar is not believed to have responded to requests for comment.
