Miami-based LGBTQ+ designer Sammy Menswear thrilled shoppers with a Instagram post praising it as “the sexiest t-shirt of the summer” and promising a “perfect fit.”
According to their websiteThe $58 navy bodysuit, which has already sold out, is designed to achieve “a perfect tucked-in look” and is made from Peruvian Pima cotton.
It claims to stand out from other tank tops with “zero fabric gathers” and a “wrinkle-free look,” not to mention its added thong design that reveals bare buttocks from behind.
While some people have called it “amazing” and are desperate to get their hands on one, others have ridiculed the item for resembling an “adult diaper”, while one person suggested the fit was similar to that of a “birth control device”.

With a charming smile and curly brown hair, a pair of casual beige shorts is tossed to her from off-camera and she catches them in the air.
He then slowly puts on his boxers and ties them around his waist before modeling the final look for viewers.
He placed his arms over his head, incidentally revealing his bulky biceps, before turning around to show off his figure from behind.
The video featured words confirming the garment’s “impeccable” fit. It read: “Tired of messy folds on t-shirts? Introducing the bodysuit – the secret to a perfect fold. Move freely without worries… get a flawless silhouette.”
The video has proved somewhat controversial, with over 30,000 people taking to the comments section to share their opinions on the vest.
In response to the video, one person wrote: “No way.”

The brand is named after its owner, Sammy, and prides itself on being LGBTQ+-owned and sustainably sourced. On its website, he revealed that he came out as gay when he was 15 and decided to enroll at Parsons fashion school in New York three years later.
He continued: ‘So, I decided to use my creativity and passion for design to build a brand for other guys looking for clothes that aren’t easy to find in most stores.
“I stuck to those three key principles behind what I wanted to do: fit, feel and durability. Ultimately, I designed my ‘perfect’ wardrobe: clothes that fit well and feel good with quality that lasts.”
