Authorities said tonight that the Princess of Wales is still doing well

Royal advisers have spoken out to condemn “social media madness” as conspiracy theories about the Princess of Wales’ health continue to circulate.

Although officials have declined to give further updates on Kate Middleton’s health due to medical privacy, royal aides have insisted that she is “doing well.”

After abdominal surgery, Kate remained out of the public eye for two months while she recovers.

But frantic speculation began circulating online shortly after Prince William withdrew from the service of the late King Constantine of Greece, who died last January, while his father, King Charles, was also absent as he continues his treatment against cancer.

The Prince of Wales had not been seen since the Bafta awards in London earlier this month until he visited the Western Marble Arch synagogue in central London. The Princess of Wales was last seen at Christmas at Sandringham.

However, social media users came up with a number of wild theories about Kate’s absence, with speculation that the princess could be in a coma, in the process of being cloned, having a ‘Brazilian butt lift’ job ‘ or that he had a bad haircut and is hiding until he grows out.

Sun reported that royal aides said: “We were very clear from the beginning that we were not going to provide a running commentary on the health of the Princess of Wales and would only provide significant updates.”

‘Obviously, we’ve seen the social media craze and that’s not going to change our strategy.

“There has been a lot on social media, but the princess has the right to privacy and asks the public to respect that.”

An earlier statement from Kensington Palace said: “The Princess of Wales appreciates the interest this statement will generate.”

‘He hopes the public understands his desire to maintain as much normality as possible for his children; and your wish for your personal health information to remain private.

“Therefore, Kensington Palace will only provide updates on Her Royal Highness’s progress when there is important new information to share.

‘The Princess of Wales would like to apologize to all those affected for having to postpone her upcoming engagements. She hopes to reintegrate as many as possible, as soon as possible.”

The family’s health problems have exposed the realities of a simplified monarchy. Since the beginning of the year there has been a sudden shortage of senior royals after Charles and Kate were hospitalized around the same time in January.

This left the Prince of Wales taking on a greater burden of public duties while also supporting Kate and looking after their three children, George, Charlotte and Louis.

Charles was admitted for surgery for a benign prostate condition last month, but was subsequently diagnosed with an unrelated cancer.

The monarch has withdrawn from public duties while he receives treatment. Kate underwent abdominal surgery at the same time and is currently recovering after a two-week hospital stay.

The Prince of Wales poured a pint and drank a whiskey with Hollywood star Rob McElhenney in a Wrexham pub today as his wife Kate continues to recover from surgery at home, and Kensington Palace insists she is still “well” .

Prince William traveled to The Turf pub next to Wrexham AFC, the world’s oldest pub in a sports stadium, which featured in the Disney+ series ‘Welcome to Wrexham’, as part of a visit to mark St David’s Day.

He met staff, charity workers and locals to get a feel for the place, before visiting the pitch at the team’s Racecouse Ground to hear tales of the club’s rise since the 2021 takeover by McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, and learn to the staff and the players.

As he poured the pint, William said: “It’s still got a horrible foam, but there you go.” That’s why he doesn’t work behind the bar. He also told McElhenney that he “loves” cider.

Reynolds was in New York today and couldn’t be present while editing the next Deadpool film, but MailOnline understands he hopes to meet William later this year.

McElhenney told William that Reynolds had wanted to be there today, but the Prince: “Since Ryan’s not here, you can tell him that I think Hugh Jackman is funnier.”

The Prince also met Welsh speakers from Patagonia and, inside the stadium, was presented with a Wrexham AFC shirt by footballers Ben Tozer and Luke Young.

On the street outside the pub, a three-year-old girl called Florence Boyle gave William a daffodil and blew him a kiss, before the Prince thanked her with a high-five. They then posed for a photo with her mother Katie, 35, and her father David, 37.

William then spent time with pupils at All Saints Primary School to see their traditional ways of celebrating the day, which celebrates the patron saint of Wales.

The students gave him toys with Welsh dragons for his three children and also flowers for Kate. He told them: ‘I’ll pass them on to Catherine too, thank you very much.’

The children also took part in a traditional Welsh folk dance called Dawnsio Gwerin and baked Bara Brith, a Welsh tea bread flavored with dried fruit and spices.
