Shocking video shows police officer holding woman by the throat after the couple accidentally collides

Shocking videos show Miami Beach police officers arrested with excessive force when Spring Breakers met on the street and on the beach, with an officer choking out a woman during an arrest.

Film director Billy Corben recorded it Twitter to report that seven people were arrested Wednesday in Miami Beach on the 900 block of Ocean Drive and Lummus Park.

Six out of seven people arrested were charged with nonviolent resistance to an officer.

Corben included two videos in his thread that shed light on the chaos that erupted when the city entered an imminent state of emergency to tackle the corona virus. The state of emergency was declared on Thursday.

“Yes, there is a good way to do shit and a good way. That was the wrong way, “a man tells the officers before an officer comes and shouts in his face, prompting him to immediately raise his hands.

The police keep yelling and shooting at bystanders as they walk away from the scene.

As more people flee the area, the incidents unfold in the second video.

People have been heard shouting about how the man first pushed the woman and then told him to stop until other officers start firing at them.

Corben shared a clip of the affidavit for the woman in the second video – identified as Jaises Elam.

In the report, officer Eaton claims that Elam “violently kicked him” with both feet. It also notes that Elam complained of hip and knee pain from the moment she collided with Eaton, but does not mention how Eaton dealt with Elam before the stairs.
