An Auburn cheerleader gave a big welcome to an Oklahoma football player when the Tigers hosted the Sooners on Saturday afternoon.
As the Oklahoma squad took the field at Jordan-Hare Stadium, Auburn’s cheer team continued its usual routine.
However, when a member of the acrobatic cheer team was in the middle of a series of flips, he stepped into the path of the Sooners stampede and knocked down one of the visiting players with his momentum.
“One of our cheerleaders just absolutely demolished an Oklahoma with a crouching wild tiger hidden dragon move,” the user who posted the video joked.
The cheerleader and one of her teammates didn’t take long to help the soccer player get up. Another Sooners player also helped his teammate up before returning to the team.

“Backflip, full turn, backflip, backflip, backflip, collision,” another said in the comments.
“Best defense in a long time at Auburn,” added a third.

The second-ranked Sooners entered the highly anticipated matchup with a 3-1 record. Oklahoma began its season with back-to-back wins over Temple, Houston and Tulane before losing to Tennessee in its last outing.
On the other hand, the Tigers (2-2) had dominant wins over Alabama A&M and New Mexico and losses to California and Arkansas.
