The New York Police Department has released bodycam and surveillance footage of a gang member shooting another man before being killed by two officers.
Newly released video shows the fatal meeting in January around 3:30 am when two men had a verbal altercation after leaving a water pipe lounge in East Village.
Earl Facey (37) and Richard Reed (41) were both in the club with friends when the two groups disagreed and prompted a bouncer to kick them out.
Once outside, Facey can reveal a gun and open fire on Reed. A few seconds later Reed reacts by pulling out his own weapon and shooting at Facey.

He continued to ignore the officers and tried to cross a roadway when he raised his left arm.
That led the officers to shoot Facey three times and kill him deadly.
