This is the moment of terror when a bouncer performs a martial arts chokehold on a patron at a Costa resort before tossing him unconscious to the ground like a rag doll.
The bouncer was filmed squeezing his right arm tightly around his victim’s throat after surprising him from behind while talking to another bouncer.
The rear naked choke, also known as a “blood choke” because it restricts blood flow to the brain through the carotid arteries, knocked him out in seconds.
The attacker then went on to show his disdain for the man he had knocked unconscious and his lack of concern for his well-being, throwing him to the pavement and walking away.
A group of youths were only inches away and witnessed the assault, but appeared to do nothing to intervene.
