Shocking moment brazen masked kids loot LOOT Footlocker, Lululemon and Apple stores as Philadelphia descends into anarchy – with footage showing police fighting thieves and punching someone in the face

Brazen thieves have been caught on video running from Footlocker, Apple and Lululemon with arms full of merchandise as Philadelphia police struggle to catch the looters.
Videos shared on social media show police officers trying to nab lottery tickets, some of whom wear Halloween masks, as they run with goods from a Lululemon store.
There are countless bicycles and piles of merchandise on display, piled on the sidewalk outside the clothing store on Walnut Street in the heart of the city.
At this time, it remains unclear if officers have made any arrests, but footage does show them successfully handcuffing looters outside Lululemon.
Thieves also broke into a nearby Foot Locker store and Apple Store CBS News reported that the shoe store security guard had been attacked.

In another video of the store being looted, a large number of thieves can be seen rummaging through the store.
Images from the Apple Store show the aftermath of the looting, with iPhones and other electronic goods being ripped from their display stands.
You see what appear to be staff members looking around in bewilderment.
Fox News reporter Steve Keeley also shared footage showing the aftermath of the looting.
Officers can be seen handcuffing one man as they guard the outside of the store.
Numerous people can be heard screaming in the background as he is led to the back of a police van.
Hugh E. Dillon also shared a video of the police response on his social media page.
Dillon wrote: “Stay out of the center of town: kids have looted the Apple Store, Lululemon and Chestnut Street. I hear footlocker’s been broken into.
‘The police are making an incredible effort with bicycles and cars that keep the children blocked by Block together. They’re pulling over cars, a lot of children are in cars.
‘They stop and a whole group of people get out and then they try to break into the shops. But the police are on top of it.’
