Douglas Joyce, 35, is seen in footage punching his victim in a sickening attack – which left him seriously injured – after following him into the back room of a pub.
Joyce was wearing a large gold ring when he punched the man in the face, worsening the victim’s injuries.
He began shouting and pointing at the man, before punching him three times in the face and knocking him from his seat onto the seats next to him, causing him to bleed.
Joyce, founder and president of 3D Fight Club, continued to stand in front of the victim in a threatening manner and encouraged his father John to punch him as well.
When the victim stood up, Joyce punched him hard in the face, causing him to fall backwards over the table and chairs behind him.

Greater Manchester Police said the victim was seriously injured during the attack at a pub in Manchester city center at around 10pm on October 23, 2022.
The force said CCTV evidence indicated Douglas Joyce was primarily responsible for the man’s injuries and he was arrested and charged with section 18 assault.
Speaking after the sentencing, Detective Constable Natalie Hollows said: “Joyce is an aggressive and violent man who intended to intimidate and inflict pain on a vulnerable 78-year-old man by carrying out this horrible attack.

“Joyce was wearing a large gold pyramid-style ring when he punched the man in the face, causing significant injury due to the size and shape accelerated by the force and series of punches he suffered.
“I am pleased that Joyce now faces being behind bars as punishment for his actions and I hope he takes this time to reflect on the impact of his actions.”
Joyce’s father John, 63, was also sentenced to an 18-month community order for assault occasioning actual bodily harm due to his involvement in the assault.
The family are one of the most high-profile members of the UK travel community.
Joyce reportedly turned down a role with her cousin in Channel 4’s My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.
But they feature in the documentary The Joyce Family on Amazon which “explores the world of the traveling community”.
