This is the shocking moment a traffic cop and a furious driver clashed in a fight in broad daylight.
The fight broke out on a road in Manor Park, east London, last week. The clip, filmed by a passerby, begins with the guard taking photos of a man’s van.
The enraged driver, wearing a high-vis helmet, grabs a wooden pole and begins to attack the policeman, hitting him twice before the stick breaks.
“Come on motherfucker,” rages one of the men as the fight spills over to the other side of the road, with the traffic warden knocking the man to the ground before the fight is broken up by a third man.
Police say the guard suffered a broken finger and the other man was arrested. The issue has since been resolved through a community resolution.

The witness who took the video, but asked to remain anonymous, said: “To be honest, it didn’t really bother me because you see so much crime in this area.
“But I didn’t think this man was going to get a piece of wood back. I was just glad it didn’t get out of hand.
The witness said he was stuck in the street for about 10 minutes watching the fight.
He added: “I was driving down the street but they were blocking the road so I couldn’t pass. I was driving to see my companion but I couldn’t pass. There were a lot of people around watching.
