This is the shocking moment a toddler can be seen puffing on a disposable vapor while strapped into a baby car seat.

The video, which was initially posted on social media, received massive disapproval with one person calling it ‘child abuse’.

The footage begins by showing the toddler taking two puffs of steam before coughing and looking at the cameraman.

An older child can then also be heard coughing before he says: ‘You’re suffocating me with the steam.’

In response to the video, one person said: ‘These people need to be locked up, child neglect of the highest order.’

Another added: ‘What kind of people put a child through this and then show it to everyone?’

The smoke that the toddler blew out was so strong that it caused another older child in the car to cough

A third also said: ‘This is wrong on so many levels, actually makes me angry at this terrible parenting right there.’

Last month, the government revealed that single-use vapes will be banned in a bid to protect children’s health and prevent them from becoming ‘hooked for life’.

The number of children using vapes has tripled in the past three years, driven by disposable devices that come in a range of bright colors and tempting flavours.

The figures show that 9 percent of children aged 11 to 15 now vape, while the long-term health effects are still unknown.

Rishi Sunak is set to introduce new legislation using existing powers under the Environmental Protection Act.

The measure is expected to come early next year, with hopes that it will stem the trend of vaping among children.

The Prime Minister said: ‘As any parent or teacher knows, one of the most worrying trends at the moment is the rise of vaping among children, so we need to act before it becomes endemic.

“While vaping can be a useful tool to help smokers quit, marketing vapes to children is not acceptable.

‘As Prime Minister I have an obligation to do what I believe is right for our country in the long term.’
