A video has been released in which 90 tons of Australian medical supplies are exported to China just weeks before the coronavirus crisis hit the pandemic.

A Chinese real estate company, Risland Australia, was responsible for shipping thousands of stocks, news.com.au reported.

The video revealed supplies of white supply boxes stacked next to the check-in counters at the airport.

The stockpiles picked up were almost shoulder-height of passing travelers, and were scattered on trollies and several meters across the floor.

Risland posted an online post last month, saying that “90 tons of selective medical supplies were” shipped by air plane directly from Sydney to Wuhan. ”

A photo showed four workers in a warehouse filled with thousands of boxes of protective clothing holding up a Chinese sign.

The post said Risland: “Run such a campaign to show our faith in the Wuhan people and our ultimate appreciation for those who work days and nights fighting the virus at the front.”

Other exporters have also sent supplies to Wuhan that are vital to Australian citizens and health professionals.

Chinese real estate giant Greenland used Australian workers to purchase medical exports, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

The company sent their HR and management personnel out to buy the medical supplies.

Greenland purchased three million surgical masks, 500,000 pairs of gloves and bulk supplies of disinfectant and antibacterial wipes in Australia and other countries where the company operates.

The goods were hoarded at Greenland’s headquarters in Sydney and shipped to China in January and February.

Federal treasurer Josh Frydenberg’s office was asked if he was aware of this bulk output.

They referred to Scott Morrison’s statement this week that said, “We will be able to catch those who have made a profit at the border by bringing together and using various stocks in Australia and exporting them abroad.”
