A Missouri girl violated her suspended sentence when she killed three teenagers while intoxicated.

Hailey Zenk, now 19, was sentenced in June to 10 years in prison for the fatal 2023 crash that killed Kaeden Tyler, 15; Emily McNees, 17; and William Flickinger, 18, of Missouri.

The judge suspended the sentence to 120 days in jail and five years of probation after her release.

However, this was confirmed on Monday First warning 4 that Zenk’s SCRAM alcohol monitoring system allegedly detected booze less than two months after she installed it.

Lincoln County Prosecutor Mike Wood has filed a motion to revoke the teen’s suspended sentence, according to the newspaper. A judge will soon decide her fate.

Zenk killed the trio on February 5, 2023 on South Chantilly Road shortly after 3:30 am.

She was driving her 2008 Ford Focus when she lost control of the car and it briefly flew through the air, skidded off the road, struck a tree and overturned, according to Fox 2 Now.

Tyler, McNees and Flickinger were pronounced dead at the scene.

Zenk, who was freed from the car, and another passenger were flown to a hospital in St. Louis with serious injuries, according to the newspaper.

She had been under the influence of marijuana and benzodiazepines (found in drugs like Xanax) at the time of the crash and her car was traveling at 80 mph just four seconds before the airbags deployed.

The speed limit was 35.

In April, Zenk entered a plea deal with Alford, admitting guilt without pleading guilty to the DWI charges and three counts of first-degree involuntary manslaughter.

She accepted the court’s sentence and was initially sentenced to ten years in prison for drunk driving, seven years for DWI and seven years each for three charges of involuntary manslaughter.

The intention was for the sentence to run concurrently before the judge suspended it.

Earlier this month, Jamie Lee Komoroski, 27, pleaded guilty to reckless homicide for the death of Samantha Miller, 34, in South Carolina.

Samantha died when Komoroski’s car crashed into the golf cart carrying her and members of her wedding party, including new husband Aric Hutchinson, 37, away from their wedding ceremony at Folly Beach.

While Hutchinson and Samantha tied the knot in front of 120 family and friends on April 28, 2023, Komoroski enjoyed a “booze-filled day of bar hopping.”

After a three-hour hearing in Charleston County Circuit Court, several family members spoke on behalf of both victims, as Hutchinson was still seriously injured, along with a groomsman and his cousin.

Judge Deadra Jefferson handed down the maximum sentence possible, sentencing Komoroski to 25 years for felony DUI, death, 15 years for each of the two charges of felony DUI, great bodily harm, and 10 years for reckless homicide. She will also have to pay a fine totaling $25,200.

Judge Jefferson ordered the sentences to run concurrently. Komoroski will receive a prison sentence for the days she has already served, including her time under house arrest, bringing the total to 583 days.

Samantha’s mother Lisa told DailyMail.com that she is “glad she got the maximum sentence, but there is no ‘good outcome’.”

“It won’t bring my daughter back,” she said. ‘From now on I don’t want to know anything about her. You have all these choices that the prosecutor gives you about being informed, but I don’t want to know how she’s doing, I don’t want to know if she’s misbehaving.

“I just want to heal and every time I think I’m getting somewhere, something happens and it all comes flooding back and I’m back to square one. This morning I didn’t want to get out of bed.’

Miller said she didn’t hate Komoroski. “I just don’t feel anything for her.”
