Shocking jock Kyle Sandilands claims that Chris Hemsworth is lying about his height with the famous actor being tall, inches shorter than is popularly claimed.
Kyle Sandilands has claimed that Chris Hemsworth is not the goliath that is often claimed.
The striking jock said on his KIIS FM Kyle and Jackie O Show on Tuesday that he is the same height as the Hollywood superstar.
The two, who are friends, stood next to each other, and Kyle believes that Chris is the same height: 6 feet 1 inch (185.4 cm).
Chris’s height online has been repeatedly given online as 6 feet 3 inches (190.5 cm), though the actor himself has only stated that he is “over 6 feet 1 inch”.
“I didn’t measure (him), I just stood next to him, and it’s obvious we’re the same size,” insisted Kyle, 52.

His co-host, Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, was quick to ask, “How do you know you’re not 6 feet 2 inches?”
“Everyone knows their own height,” Kyle insisted, but added that he hadn’t checked in a few years.
“Not since my grandmother was alive and she measured me with a pencil in the driveway,” Kyle said.
Chris has previously mentioned that he is quite tall, saying W Magazine that superhero Thor was a perfect physical fit for him.

“I was like, ‘Oh, cool. This is the only thing that looks good on me,'” she said in 2017.
The 39-year-old said in 2016 that he had previously lied about his height, to appear smaller.
“Certainly there are things that I’ve wanted to go up where I’ve been totally wrong, physically and I usually lie about my height and say I’m shorter,” he said.
But it can go two ways. The audition brief for Thor said, “he must be over 6 foot 1”, something he’s never seen before!
