Mark Wahlberg showed off his toned abs in a new Instagram video on Sunday while ordering a cart full of ice from room service to continue his extravagant health regimen.
The actor, 53, made headlines in 2018 after sharing his crazy schedule online, which included waking up at 2:30 a.m. and working out at 4 a.m. every morning.
Now Mark appears to have expanded his schedule and revealed how he keeps up with the grueling regime while away from home.
The shirtless Ted star was seen standing in a hotel bathroom before revealing a three-tier cart with ice packs stacked on top ready to be poured into the bathtub.
Mark sported a pair of swim shorts and sneakers while sipping coffee while holding up a sign on the ice cart that read: “Ice is on hold for a VIP.”

The actor, 53, appears to have expanded his already busy schedule and revealed how he maintains it while staying away from home.
He explained: ‘Wow, wherever we go, we’re going to take an ice bath. I’m still living that cold life, let’s charge it.
“There’s a lot of ice there, we’re going to have to send some back and put another one on ice for tomorrow.” I love it.’
He wrote: “Living that cold life.”
Earlier this year, Mark revealed that he had taken his morning workout routine to an incredibly new level, revealing that he now hits the gym at 2am instead of 4am
The actor upped his game by confessing that he started getting up even earlier to work out so he could “get a head start.”
He documented his intense workout regime and uploaded it to his account, writing: ‘My week starts Sunday at 2am Get a head start.
The video began with him lifting his shirt on camera to show off his washboard abs.
Then, a series of clips of him exercising appeared on the screen; Mark was seen doing push-ups, leg presses and lifting weights, among other things.

In a follow-up video, he responded to people wondering what time he went to bed so he could be at the gym at 2 a.m.
‘What time do I go to bed? Eight hours of sleep, always. If I’m (awake to go) to the gym at 1, that means I went to bed at 5 pm. Do the math,’ he said.
The movie star explained that her morning routine usually consists of praying, taking a shower, and then heading to the gym.
“That happens every day,” he added. ‘No more excuses. Get up and do it. Come on.’
In February, Mark opened up about his vigorous regimen with People magazine, and admitted that while there are days when he doesn’t feel like getting up early to go to the gym, in the end he always pushes himself because “he doesn’t want to live with regrets.”
