Just three months ago he was blue and black, covered in bruises from his terrible bicycle accident.
But Gordon Ramsay revealed he’s back in the saddle as he stripped off for a Men’s health in the UK Cover photo shoot.
The 57-year-old TV chef showed off his ripped abs and bulging biceps as he did push-ups before changing into his lycra to pose with his bike.
Gordon also spoke about nearly dying in a horrific bicycle accident in the United States, which left the father of six with a huge purple bruise
Reflecting on the incident, she shared: “I couldn’t even put my damn socks and pants on.”

“Asking a 30-year-old guy to put on my fucking underwear was embarrassing.”
He first addressed the accident on social media, sharing a post on Instagram that read: ‘With #FathersDay tomorrow I have a very important message for all the dads out there…
‘WEAR A HELMET! I had a very serious accident while riding my bike in Connecticut this week.
“I’m fine and I didn’t break any bones or suffer any major injuries, but I’m a little bruised and look like a purple potato.”
“I’m grateful to all the doctors, nurses and staff at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London who cared for me and checked me out, but I’m most grateful for my helmet that saved my life. Have a great Father’s Day and take care, Gx.”
Despite the scare, Gordon insisted he has no plans to slow down and laughed off rumours of his retirement.
“I could sit back, relax, buy a boat and go to the Caribbean, but I’m not interested in that,” he shared.

The house, now worth £7m, has undergone several renovations over the years, including a single-storey outbuilding in the garden and a temporary enclosure for pigs.
He was also said to have increased security at the property to protect his family.
